Access and eligibility
Skyloom is currently offered through administrator-issued accounts and licenses. You may use the software only while your assigned subscription and license are active and only within the permitted device limit.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using Skyloom, connected websites, accounts, proxies, and extensions lawfully and in accordance with the rules of each service. Skyloom may not be used to facilitate fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, evasion of security controls, or violations of third-party rights.
Accounts and credentials
Keep your Skyloom credentials, recovery key, and locally stored website credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or approved devices. Notify your administrator if credentials or devices may be compromised.
Software and updates
Skyloom may change during the private beta. Features can be added, modified, suspended, or removed. Updates should be installed only from skyloombrowser.com or the authenticated customer portal.
Third-party services
Skyloom relies on a Chromium-based runtime and can interact with third-party websites, proxies, and extensions. Availability, compatibility, account status, and results on those services are not guaranteed by Skyloom.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked for expired licensing, security concerns, abuse, prohibited use, or violation of these terms. Local profile data remains the customer’s responsibility, including backups and deletion.
Disclaimers and limitation
The private beta is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every site, proxy, extension, or Windows configuration. To the extent permitted by law, Skyloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product and commercial offering change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
